    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOLITAIREPE Mobile Application (“App”), owned and operated by SOLITAIREPE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

    By registering, accessing, or using our App and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.


    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using our digital platform for recharge, bill payments, money transfer, and allied services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.


    2. Services Offered

    We provide digital financial and payment-related services, including but not limited to:

    • Mobile, DTH, and Data Card Recharges

    • Utility Bill Payments (Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband, etc.)

    • Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)

    • BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) services

    • Other digital payment and value-added services as enabled on the App

    Services may be modified, added, or withdrawn at our discretion.


    3. User Eligibility & Registration

    To use our services, you must:

    • Be 18 years of age or older

    • Provide accurate and complete personal or business information

    • Complete mandatory KYC verification

    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

    • Comply with RBI, NPCI, BBPS, and other regulatory guidelines

    Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.


    4. Account Security

    Users are solely responsible for maintaining account security, including:

    • Keeping passwords, PINs, and OTPs confidential

    • Immediately reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity

    • Accepting responsibility for all transactions conducted through their account

    • Periodically updating login credentials

    The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by user negligence.


    5. Transactions & Payments

    All transactions on the App are subject to:

    • Successful authorization from banks and payment gateways

    • Applicable service charges shown before transaction confirmation

    • Transaction limits as prescribed by RBI or regulatory authorities

    • Availability of third-party service providers and systems

    Transaction status once processed is final, subject to dispute resolution policies.


    6. Fees & Charges

    • Service fees and commissions are transparently displayed

    • Charges may change from time to time with prior notice

    • Fees for successful transactions are non-refundable

    • Taxes, if applicable, are charged as per prevailing laws


    7. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

    Our refund and dispute policy includes:

    • Failed or pending transactions are refunded within 7 working days

    • Service charges are non-refundable for successful transactions

    • Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction

    • Refunds are credited to the original payment source

    Resolution timelines may vary depending on banking partners.


    8. Prohibited Activities

    Users shall not:

    • Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

    • Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or system manipulation

    • Share account credentials with third parties

    • Upload fake or forged documents

    • Violate RBI, NPCI, BBPS, or AML guidelines

    Violation may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.


    9. Service Availability

    While we aim to provide uninterrupted services, availability may be affected by:

    • Scheduled maintenance

    • Technical or network issues

    • Downtime of third-party service providers

    We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.


    10. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the transaction involved.
    We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business.


    11. Privacy & Data Protection

    Your privacy is important to us.
    Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial data.


    12. Account Suspension or Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

    • Violate these Terms & Conditions

    • Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity

    • Fail to comply with KYC / AML requirements

    • Request account closure

    Balances, if any, will be settled as per applicable laws.


    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


    14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
